Hydrapower

Hydropower has been in use since the 4th century BC. It has an inherent energy storage advantage and will undoubtedly be an integral part of any sustainable energy generation system.

Armech Solutions are a member of DeepWind supply chain cluster. The DeepWind supply chain cluster is now the largest offshore wind representative body in Scotland with over 330 members drawn from industry, academia and the public sector. Its main purpose is to help its members achieve greater benefit from the current and future development of offshore wind in the UK and internationally. As the name suggests, it specialises in fixed and floating offshore wind in deeper waters, usually considered to be greater than a 40m depth.

We have used our computer simulation expertise on multiple projects, including a novel Pile Gripper that minimises early age cycle damage to grout, as defined by DNVGL-ST-0126. Our three core services of FEA, CFD and engineering design are ideally suited to enabling large infrastructure renewable energy projects feasible.
